What we are working on in Enfield
- Piccadilly line upgrade - We're modernising the Piccadilly Line in a £2.9bn investment programme to help the line run more reliably, safely, inclusively and sustainably. At Cockfosters depot we're building new facilities to maintain the new fleet of trains
- Liveable Neighbourhoods - we're investing to help the council reduce traffic and encourage walking, cycling and the use of public transport in Enfield Town
- Arnos Grove LU station - we're upgrading the platforms to get ready for the new Piccadilly Line trains
- A10 improvements - we're working with partners to reduce road danger on the A10

Here are some updates to your travel around London and your borough:
- A406 Sterling Way - in Spring 2025 we plan to make changes to make it easier and safer to walk, cross and cycle along the A406 Sterling Way and at the junction between College Close and Silver Street Overground station

Local Implementation Plan (LIP)
The LIP is produced by the London Borough of Enfield and agreed with us. It sets out the details on transport infrastructure changes in a three-year period to support the Mayor's Transport Strategy.
Vision Zero Dashboard: Helping you access collision data
The Vision Zero dashboard is a tool designed to help organisations and members of the public easily access and interpret collision data. By providing this data in a user-friendly format, the dashboard enables users to gain valuable insights into road safety issues in their borough.

We maintain our assets until they need to be renewed or disposed of as set out in our asset management plan. We do this by:
- Servicing them regularly to keep them operational
- Repairing or replacing faulty assets

We do not maintain in Enfield:
- Non-red route roads - these roads are maintained by Enfield
- Litter removal on red routes - this is also the borough's responsibility
- Network Rail track at London Overground stations - contact Network Rail
- Taxis and mini cabs - these are owned by taxi drivers and minicab offices
- Three bus garages in Enfield that are owned and managed by bus companies
- Taxi ranks on borough roads. Cars and other vehicles parked on taxi ranks can be reported to Enfield
